1. Simply install Twenty Twenty theme to your website a preview it(you don’t need to actually activate it on your website so your front-end won’t be affected). You will just have to use the menu in that preview to navigate to some post or page with a video.
2. Next thing you can is to check that video on your website with your browser’s Javascript console (usualy Ctrl + Shift + J, or check instructions for your browser here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis ) and reload the page. Then see if there are any errors on the console.

Which browser do you use? Video positions are stored to your browser’s localStorage.
As a quick fix you can try to purge your website’s cache and clear your browser’s cache too. Then this should work for you. You can also test as a guest user and you only need to play the video, let it play for a while, then reload the window and play again – it will continue playing where you left off.

You can see the reason in Javascript console when you try to embed iframe from your website to other page. The reason is you have set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’ in your headers. That means your website will only allow to catch content to your website. You can easily fix it by changing the ‘X-Frame-Options’ value to ALLOW-FROM [the-url-from-where-you-want-to-fetch-the-data]

Yes, that’s exactly the difference that I’ve tried to explain.
So you would like to extend the functionality of the Sticky video feature to work also outside the original page where the video is embedded, right?
I guess the whole PiP feature is handled by browser so there probably might be a way for us to implement it. I’ll do some more testing today and I’ll discuss it with our development team. I’ll get in touch with you in the close future with more information in the close future.
Also, would you be interested in paid custom development? That could help us to give this feature bigger priority and significantly speed up the implementation process. Let me know what do you think.

The reason why there’s and network error is visible in the Admin checker error log. You’re trying to serve http content over https.
You can’t stream encrypted .m3u8 hls without use of Cloudfront.You need a working HLS set-up of you want to stream .m3u8 files to your website. Also, don’t forget to update the source file url to Cloudfront url. You can find more info about in the Practical example section at the end of our Cloudfront guide.
To prevent yourself from hassle with Cloudfront urls we highly recommend to use our built-in S3 browser which will update the url automatically for you if have that Cloudfront distribution added to your FV Player settings.

1. Copy and delete the licensing key from your FV VAST settings
2. Save your settings without the license key
3. Insert you license key again
4. Save your FV VAST settingsIf this won’t help go to wp-admin -> Settings -> Log HTTP Requestand look for the FV Licensing check HTTP request. If your server is blocking access for our license checking server there should be more information about it.

If yes, FV Player does support sticky video feature. Although, it does work in a little different way. With sticky video you can watch the video only if you are on the page where the video is originally embedded.

If yes, please enable Settings -> FV Player VAST -> Debug and then check messages you get on your browser’s JavaScript console.

When it comes to YouTube usage with external players it can get a little tricky. YouTube algorithm counts views only if the video is started via the native YouTube play button.
We’ve discussed this topic with our development team and only way to do this is to show YouTube play button instead of FV Player’s native one. The problem is that this will prevent autoplay and playlist auto advance from working properly and it can also result into issues with ads.

Currently there’s no way to encrypt a video via AWS to work with several domain names. You need to make encryption job for each domain.
We imagine a way to automatically change these .m3u8 streams depending on your website but it would need significant amount of custom programming.

If you’re using AWS fro encryption the reason probably is that your videos are encrypted for the gnm-practice.ru domain not for the new one.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, you enter exact URL to your MediaConvert settings. That’s reason why your videos won’t play on your new test subdomain. If you want them to work, you need to re-encode them.

Most of the performance settings are handled by your browser and we can’t do anything with them.
Only way to make loading/buffering times on your videos shorter is by using better hosting or by using some kind of CDN(This is really recommended if you have high number of users visiting your website from different continent than your website server is on). Please check if Jetpack VideoPress offer any CDN(Content delivery network) service.

We’re really sorry to hear that. We always strive to provide the best possible level of product and services experience.
We just want to state that slow loading speeds in this case are not an issue related to FV Player. Bare S3 bucket is not a great solution for video streaming(especially when you try to stream a video file into the completely different continent), that’s the reason why we always refer to CloudFront in our documentation, because that’s the best possible solution for performance issues. Also, great thing is that CloudFront provides several ways to secure your videos, although it’s not an easy service to set-up for users without any experience with online video hosting and distribution. That’s the reason why we provide in-depth guides for AWS services.
For the issues with iPad. We’re happy to check the error logs on your website and do the basic debug for you completely for free. We always try to provide our customers the best possible level of free support and you can check it by yourself on our Public Support Forums. However, few customers once a while think that we’re able to log-into their websites and do a really deep hands-on debugging(sometimes even on issues that are not primarily related to our player) completely for free. We would actually love to do that for every single customer but the reality is that we just can’t because it would take us too much time out of our schedules. That’s the reason why we also provide a Pro Support, it allows us to fix complicated issues on our users websites within few hours from the purchase. Also, If we find out that the issue was caused by bug within FV Player we always refund the Pro Support purchase back to our users and fix the issue for free. The buffering time is handled by your browser with HTML5. If you have performance problems with your videos it most of the time cause by your video hosting or by not using any CDN for distribution. What type of video hosting do you use on your website?

Thanks for providing us your system info. I can see that you have sticky video feature enabled in your settings.
Now please check any of your video properties in FV Player editor. There’s additional setting that can be automatically set to off and that can prevent sticky video feature from working.
If all of your settings are fine please try recreating the issue and check your browser’s console for JScript error logs. There’s a chance that some other plugin is blocking sticky video from working.

Please try following. Turn on Video Admin checker and reproduce the issue and check the checker for error messages. Please copy the error message into your reply.

I’ve checked your website to test those issues but I was unable to recreate them. In fact, have you disable your VAST ad to prevent those issues? I can find any VAST ad on any of your videos.
