Hi Acacio,
I’ve tested that tag on various VAST testers and it is not a valid Vast tag. There’s probably something missing from the .xml file.
You can easily test your VAST tag by yourself with our FV VAST Tester in the future.

I recently switched my licenses domain account name and now my VAST video ads are not being displayed. I have test tags which worked fine using vast ad tag tester but for some reason they are not being served on my website.

Please check your FV VAST settings if the license key is valid.
If yes, please enable Settings -> FV Player VAST -> Debug and then check messages you get on your browser’s JavaScript console.
First open up console (instructions for different browsers can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis ), then open your page and see what appears.

I am new to this plugin and I can’t get this VAST video ad tag that I got from an Ad agency to run on my site. When I test it on the player test page it works fine. I keep getting an error that says “unsupported video format try installing Adobe Flash” I know that is not right.
Need help and advice I must be doing something wrong in the setup

by “player test page” do you mean our VAST tester located here: https://foliovision.com/player/vast/tester or some other VAST tester?
I checked our licencing logs. FV VAST licence appears to be working correctly on your domain.
However, I’ve noticed that the licence check for FV Player Pro on your domain comes in as invalid. Please, insert the licence code starting $47 that you can find at foliovision.com/my-licenses
That being said, VAST is a standalone plugin and does not need FV Player Pro to function at all so that is not what’s causing the issues.
For the VAST issue, please, also send us your VAST URL so that we can see if perhaps there is an issue with the URL after all.

the issue with the VAST ad serving might be in your ads.txt file. It seems to be full of different ad networks, but does it contain valid entries for your VAST ads?
