Remember Video Position

We installed your plugin to our wordpress website and let me give some information about our website. It’s an online education concept. Students will watch lessons but there is a feature is must for us and that is remembering the position each students while leaving the video.
Result:
We had give a try to use your option which says: Remember video position
but non working .. is there any thing else to do it to work full functional?

We’re here to help you solve these issues.

Which browser do you use? Video positions are stored to your browser’s localStorage.

As a quick fix you can try to purge your website’s cache and clear your browser’s cache too. Then this should work for you. You can also test as a guest user and you only need to play the video, let it play for a while, then reload the window and play again – it will continue playing where you left off.

we are working on fixing this. We discovered the issue last week only. It’s affecting Google Chrome.
