Hello, I’ve had a few users report to me that they’re getting “html5: Video file not found” using Chrome. I’ve tested it myself and the videos work fine using Firefox/Edge on Desktop, and it also works fine using Firefox/Chrome on mobile, however using Chrome on Desktop gives me the error.
I’ve used the admin video checker and it told me I should use https for the link to the video as well, as my site is using https, but that didn’t make a difference unfortunately. I’ve also tried disabling Autoptimize and deleted the cache, but again, didn’t do anything.
Any idea what might be the problem here? Seems to be only happening on Desktop while using Chrome for some reason, so it might just be an issue with them?
Here’s a link to a video (18+ nsfw warning): (redacted)
And here’s the link where I added https to the source as well, but it didn’t make a difference (18+ nsfw warning): (redacted)
Thanks.
