Hello! I bought this this morning, and I’ve set the player to enable Chromecast, but the button isn’t showing. I’ve tried two different mobiles, but still nothing. What have I missed?

Please check our Chromecast documentation and make sure you’re connected to the same network as your Chromecast device is. If everything is correct, the button will appear automatically.

Sorry, my last reply didn’t come up! I don’t know why.
I’ve gone through those steps, thank you. I’ve never had the Google Home app installed, so that’s one thing I hadn’t done!
I’ve got to the end of the steps and it’s still not showing for me. What’s my next step, please?

Sorry to hear that. What type of device are you using?
Please check if the Chromecast button doesn’t even show on any video our website with your device(you can use the one our main page for example). We have enabled the Chromecast feature on our website. Thanks!
We haven’t run into any issues with Chromecast for a while now, however I’ll do some testing on our test websites and I’ll get back to you with more information. Knowing what type of device are you using could be really beneficial for us.
Best way to show us, is by visit What’s my user agent? website. You can simply copy the user agent info into your reply, we won’t post it publicly.
