Hi Helpdesk,
Please note that buffering on AWS using a movie mp4 attached URL is intermittent and the user experience is bad as the user has to waiting till it slowly buffers.
Have enabled CDN though inspite of this the buffering is there.
Could see that increasing high bitrate with ffmpeg and converting mp4 to m3u8 format is tried in the URLTest URL : https://eturnti.com/testhls/ ( Issue can be reproduced with fvplayer)
Getting the following error hlsjs-lite.
Please guide on how to get hls videos to be working with fvplayer. Also what would be the best settings for AWS. Did try couple of settings already mentioned in the fvplayer support forum.Looks like some settings are missed here. Please guide appropriately.

Sorry for late reply. Thanks for providing us all these information, it was really beneficial.
The reason why there’s and network error is visible in the Admin checker error log. You’re trying to serve http content over https.
You can’t stream encrypted .m3u8 hls without use of Cloudfront.You need a working HLS set-up of you want to stream .m3u8 files to your website. Also, don’t forget to update the source file url to Cloudfront url. You can find more info about in the Practical example section at the end of our Cloudfront guide.
To prevent yourself from hassle with Cloudfront urls we highly recommend to use our built-in S3 browser which will update the url automatically for you if have that Cloudfront distribution added to your FV Player settings.

what Juraj means is that if you don’t use Cloudfront with the S3 bucket which contains a HLS video from MediaConvert you have to make sure the files are stored with the public permissions, see steps 21 and 22 below the “File permissions” heading here: https://foliovision.com/player/securing-your-video/mediaconvert-encrypted-hls-guide
Also, the guide mentions “please be aware of the fact that every steps about download protection or privacy need to be skipped” and I can see you are using the signed URLs. But once the video files are made public it should not matter.
