    Hello, i followed the instructions after purchasing bundle of $199.

    Pro player license works no issues, however FV Player Vast plugin would not take my license key which was generated on your website after putting our domain.

    Please advice.

    Does it say that the key is invalid?

    @Juraj – I have the same problem, it says the licence is invalid.

    Hello Richard,

    Sorry for late answer, we were off during holidays.

    Does this issue still occur? We’ve checked our logs and your vast license was recently checked at 2020-01-06 21:45:39 UTC and our logs says that your license is ok.

    Hello David,

    Does the issue still occur? I’ve checked our licensing logs and it’s say the check proceeded fine.

    If yes, ply try re-entering the license key and save it.

    We’re currently looking into what’s causing these licensing issue to prevent it form happening in the future.

    Hello Jose,

    It depends on how your server is treating requests. It may happen that our licensing check request are blocked and in these cases it may take up to few hours for your license to update.

    In this case it can be updated manually by just erasing your license key from your FV Player settings and saving them. Then just re-enter the license key, save settings again and your licenses will be updated.
