    Hello! I’ve just switched over to you from YouTube. I’m hosting my video files (mp4) on Amazon S3. One of my clients sent me a message this morning that she’s getting the following error on her iPad:

    HTML5 video file not found error on iPads

    How do I fix this, please?

    Hello Anthony,

    Does this issue occur on iPads only? What type of video hosting do you use? Perhaps, a link to that problematic video could be really beneficial for us.

    Seems to be ipads. I don’t have any Apple devices myself, this is something a client sent me.

    I’m hosting my video files (mp4) on Amazon S3.

    I’ll need to set you up with a username and password to access the videos. What’s the best way to get that to you? I can’t see any kind of message button on this forum.

    You can send us the credentials to our e-mail our support e-mail.

    You can send us those credentials with the link via revealit.me.

    Also, I have to warn you before anything that we can’t do any in-depth hands-on testing as part of free support. If you want us to log-into your WordPress, track down and fix the issue for you you can purchase a Pro support incident.

    Thanks for the warning. That in mind, it’s probably best I just get a refund on the player and move to one of the alternatives I was looking into. Customer service is just as important to me as being provided with a working product, so given I’ve not been supplied with either of those things in this instance, the best course of action would be to move on so myself and my clients don’t lose any more time.

    Who do I need to contact to have the refund processed, please?
