No, I didn’t use any other email. I got the email saying I need to set my password and there’s a link which I clicked on thought I made an account. Also, I sent you proof Dominic’s debit card was charged. Please advise otherwise I will need to dispute it with the bank.

we found that email, there is a screenshot of your https://foliovision.com/my-license page where you can see the “Download FV Player Pro” button.
Also check our FV Player Pro guide here, you don’t have to download the ZIP file by hand: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/installation/pro-extension
However that license is on the co…..mt@aol.com email address.

Wow~ how did it get that email address? We haven’t used that one in years. Are you able to change it to the subject line one? I don’t know how we were your emails there then and not the aol one. I’m having trouble logging into the mail on aol.

if you buy without logging in, we use the email address provided by PayPal to setup the user account for you. Perhaps that’s the reason.
