Programming

Senior programmer: $140/hour
Programmer: $80 to $100/hour
Junior Programmer: $40 to $70/hour

Our programmers know WordPress, PHP, Javascript and database optimisation inside out. We bill only for applied hours. Research and training is done on our own time. Our programming rates are about half those of our closest competitors.

Consequently we are often sold out of programming hours and are not able to accept all projects. Courteous clients who express themselves well in writing go to the front of the queue.

Design

We only have senior designers. If we design it, your website will look great.

Creative Director: $250/hour
Art Director: $100/hour
Designer: $70/hour

Most websites will only require a short amount of conceptual time and site architecture work from the Creative Director.

CSS

Senior CSS Designer: $70/hour
CSS Designer: $50/hour

We will work with your design or will help you customise the theme of your choice.

VIP Business Class WordPress Hosting

$50/month to $700/month.

• The low end is a high value but low traffic website on a WordPress optimised nginx server with dedicated IP with zero day updates.
• The high end is a dedicated high end 8 core XEON server with SSD RAID array 16 GB of memory, fully optimised for a very high traffic media website(s) on WordPress which will outperform most small clusters.
• We cover every hosting need in between. Hosting a normal high traffic site is about $250/month for completely reliable carefree hosting with all updates.

On our deliberately underloaded dedicated WordPress servers, your site will have lots and lots of headroom for those occasional huge traffic spikes that a VPS just can't handle. All our servers include real time enterprise monitoring by New Relic for both performance and PHP errors/performance.

Our optimised servers and hosting regularly outperform quality hosting providers like LiquidWeb and Cartika by a factor of two to eight (we've migrated sites directly from both providers and been able to compare before and after performance on a one to one basis).

Creative Director: $250/hour
Site Promotion Lead: $80/hour

Content: We have helped several clients take zero revenue content sites to over $100,000/year in user contributions.

SEO

On a project basis with long term maintenance: $2000/month to $7000/month.

• The lower figure reflects technical assistance, monitoring and coaching with most content and social media work created or performed by the client.
• The higher figure is bespoke work, with almost all content provided by Foliovision.

SEO Audit/Strategic consultation: $1000. Audit and consultation is the first step to any Foliovision SEO program.

We accept very few SEO clients and usually only by referral.
