I’m having an issue with the playlist templates working on my domain. Only certain ones work, but don’t fully show the player menu. Any help here would also be appreciated.

please let us know more about the issues you are facing. Does it also occur when you preview your website with a default WordPress template?
What do you mean by the player menu? Is that he playlist menu in the player controlbar?

Sorry, should be more specific!
We are using Beaver Builder to build our website and are using the short codes generated to embed the videos onto the pages.
The playlist we like is the one titled “Vertical” but the video menu (the play button, etc.) isn’t available. There’s also a random Javascript error that shows for a minute, but not long enough to see what its saying. Screenshot attached.
We were able to get the playlist & interactive transcript to work in the tabs playlist. However, this one covers the player menu with the interactive transcript when it appears. You can move it.. but I don’t think that’s going to be an intuitive thing for our users to do. Nor would it be easy to do on mobile. Screenshot attached as well.

There’s a chance that your theme/page builder is running into collisions with FV Player. First of all, please try following setting:
Go to:
Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Integration/Compatibility -> Load FV Flowplayer JS everywhere and turn this setting on.Also, it would be really beneficial if you could provide us a link to your website with such a problematic video on it. That way we will be able to check the issue.
If you want to solve this issue ASAP you can also purchase our Making FV Player work with your theme service. With this service we’ll hand-on log into your WordPress, track down a fix the issue for you within few hours.
