FV WordPress Flowplayer User Guide

Here's how to insert videos with FV WordPress Flowplayer.

First you will need to:

First place your cursor to the desired place. Then click the FV WordPress Flowplayer icon and a dialog window will appear.

Just place your cursor and click the icon
Enter the video file name (if it's not in the /videos/ directory, you need to enter the absolute URL), video width and height. If there is a splash image, enter it's absolute URL. You can also put some HTML into the HTML popup message.

Enter video information
Press Insert and you will see the video in the post. If you want to edit it, just place the cursor into the shortcode and hit the FV WordPress Flowplayer icon again (sorry, you can't do this in HTML view).

Edit the video
The same dialog window will appear, so you can edit the video there and update it.
When you save your post and open it, you will see the video in it with the splash image:

It's pretty much the same, but you hit a different button and get a slightly different dialog window.

The button is located in the Foliopress WYSIWYG toolbar:

Several more features can be used, just add following pieces to the shortcode:

Autoplay for single videos autoplay=true
Redirect after video stops playing redirect="http://example.com"
Show or hide controlbar controlbar=show
Show the splash image also when the video finishes playing splashend=show
Example of the popup at the end of the video popup="Would you like to share the video or play it once again?"

Click play or share the video at the end
