-I did not make any changes to the files stored on DigitalOcean Spaces nor renamed them. Anyway newly encrypted videos don’t play either so i assume the issue is not there.

-No changes to the web server configuration

• When i play the test video, nothing new appears in that “Encrypted HLS tokens” table, there is just the same IP address. Not sure about what you mean by “Will you see your real IP address and will the “Url” match the video which you are trying to play?”

I use ARmemmber, but in my opinion the best thing to do is to base restriction both on logged in/logged off AND on user roles in database:
This is how i see it :

In my opinion this is the best and most simple thing to do since all membership plugins allow to set specific user roles. So basically it would support all membership plugins.

sorry for my late reply but i had to re-organized my videos in order to fit your tool.
So i’ve tested it with a small folder containing 4 videos, and it works just great so far. When i will finish organizing my files i will test a larger folder.

i think you guys should provide an easy tool, could be a paid addon, that allows to batch replace urls, a tool that scans selected new cloud bucket and replaces all urls in FV database that contain the same words.

Example :

https://bunnycdn-domain.com/bucket/the%sun%is%shining.mp4

is automatically replaced by

by https://digitalocean-spaces-domain.com/bucket/the-sun-is-shining.mp4

because it recognized the words “the”+”sun”+”is”+”shining”

After 3 years of hard and fastidious repetitive work i’m starting to make a little money with my website, and i can’t afford having to start from scratch if something happens. And i’m sure i’m not the only one.

by “preview” i mean that when i post a video and add splash image, i used to have a preview on the left that plays actual video, with informations on top about if video is ok or not. As you see on screenshot, i have this little circle instead that spins endlessly
