after renewing license, i still have this error message “Invalid license key, plese check your license and re-save the options!”

I’m not seeing the failed login check on our end.
So I think that in your case the license check was simply cached and you did no see the latest up-to-date license check result after the renewal.
I’ll check if we could add a button to force the license to be re-checked for these cases of renewal or how we could improve this.
Please let us know if you are still running into the issue too.

Same issue after updating to all FV plugins to their latest version, same for FV player Coconut (see attached file). Re-saving and cleaning browsers cache did not fix it.

Please download FV Player VAST ZIP file from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses and re-install FV Player VAST for that file.
We added a secondary license server as it seems your website has some issues reaching our main web server.

I deleted the plugin and installed a version downloaded from license page and still not working, still same error message on dashboard for both Coconut and VAST.Please help…

I see a lot of license checks and they are passing.
It seems like your website fails to store the information.
Could you please try to change any of the settings in wp-admin -> Settings and see if they save properly? You can for example update your website name in wp-admin -> Settings -> General for a minute and see if that works.
Could you please check your PHP error log if it mentions any issues?
