Hello,

play button and full screen button have disappeared again. I tried re-saving settings but trouble remains. See attached file.

Could you please help ?

Hello,

i did nothing except re-saving settings, and they just reappeard, but now they disappeared again.
Any idea ?

Hello Bruno,

please enable wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Integrations/Compatibility -> “Disable saving skin CSS to a static file” and then FV Player CSS optimization will be disabled and the issue will never occur again.

The downside is we won’t know what was breaking it but it’s far less important than a trouble free working website which is what you need.
I tried to check your website to see if I can figure out the issue but it’s too late and you probably re-saved the settings to avoid the issue of course.
