Video is encrypted on Coconut website but does not appear in wordpress library

Hello,

I encrypted a video, encryption appears as complete, but video does not appear in wordpress Coconut library. I’ve already encrypted hundreds of videos and never had such an issue. Video also appears encrypted on Coconut website. Any idea on how to fix this ? Until you fix it is there a way to copy video parameters from Coconut website to video player in WordPress ?

Hello Bruno,

thank you for reporting the issue!

There were some changes to FV Player Coconut recently and we’ve gotten a similar report. Are you uploading to Coconut via the shortcode editor or via the Coconut Jobs screen?

First, please update FV Player Coconut to the newest version: FV Player Coconut 7.5.23.728 (It’s only been out for an hour now)

See, if that helps. If not, make sure you assign a category to the video and see, if that helps.
