FV Player offers a setting to use device native fullscreen mode when using mobile or a tablet.
This fullscreen mode is also forced for Android below version 4.4 if using Chrome below version 54 and on iOS versions below 7 for performance reasons.
You can set it by enabling Use native fullscreen on mobile in Settings -> FV Player -> Mobile Settings.
