Hello Freedom667,
thank you for reaching out tu us.
Please, also try to open your browser developer console (here’s how https://foliovision.com/player/troubleshooting/javascript-browser-console), then try to load the page with the video again and see, if any error appears on the console.
Let us know if you get any errors.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I tested your issue on my test site and it worked for me without complications. Could you please provide me with your browser, OS, and a link to a video with such an issue, so I could test it once again with your link to solve your issue?

Pavel3 years ago in reply to: FLV pro and VASTHello Glenn,
Thanks for reachiing out to us.
we have worked on adding such ad rules for a project, but we don’t have such an addon plugin for FV Player yet. We plan to realse in as an addon, hopefully in near future.
However, If you have a PHP programmer working on your website it should be quite easy to write a custom function to disable these ads based on your exact needs. We can provide guidance how to start. You can use “fv_flowplayer_ad_html” filter and take inspiration from the “fv_flowplayer_popup_html” sample code.

Pavel3 years ago in reply to: Redirects after videoHello Pesi,
Of course, you can do that easily.
Go to FV Player settings -> post interface options -> enable video actions and don’t forget to save changes. Once in a shortcode, go to actions tab -> actions -> end of video, choose redirect. Then you can add according URL below.

Pavel3 years ago in reply to: FLV pro and VASTHello Glenn,
Thank you for your trust in our services. Please, follow this step-by-step guide:
Concerning your 1. question related to changning the skin, of course, you can do so. Go to settings -> FV Player -> Skin Tab -> enable Controlbar Fullscreen.
Secondly, no, you don’t have to buy three separate licences, since the licence is domain bound. Thus, 1 licence will cover all the platfroms for that domain.
In ragards to EzDRM or BuyDRM, we don’t have the integration yet, but it still it might work nevertheless.
Finally, HLS internally supports quality switching. You should have some genereal index link that can already serve all the resolutions automatically.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate. We are here to help.

Pavel3 years ago in reply to: Remove “Copy link” and YouTube logoHello Uwe,
I tested this issue and after following instructions Maria gave you, the link link really disppeared. But are you talking about “embed” button? Because that one was still there, even after disabling video links. If the embed button is the issue, go to: settings -> FV Player PRO -> sitewide FV Player defaults -> Disable Embed Button. This should be working,

Pavel3 years ago in reply to: Buffering issuesHello Nick,
Could you please send us a report via our built-in video checker? The way the video checker works is that you need to come in as admin and open the video checker and send us a report about the video. It works on desktops.
Thanks,
Pavel3 years ago in reply to: Buffering issuesHello Nick,
Where do you host the video and what CDN do you use? It could help us identify the issue.
Thanks,
