Buffering issues

Hello, I have some buffering issues when streaming 4K videos. I have no issues when I stream videos in lower resolutions. Is there a way I can improve the 4K video streaming without buffering? Anything I can change in the setting of FV Player? I have 1GB internet connection which is very fast and should not cause the issue.

Hello Maria,
The issue actually applies to all videos. Unfortuantely, I cannot give you a link, it is a membership paysite and only members have access to the videos. However, I would welcome any suggestions in order to improve the issue.

Hello Pavel,
I have my own dedicated server but the videos for streaming are stored on bunny.net and I also use their CDN.

Hello Nick,

Could you please send us a report via our built-in video checker? The way the video checker works is that you need to come in as admin and open the video checker and send us a report about the video. It works on desktops.
