I am planning using only three features
1) Video Linking (PeepSo stripping all urls in comments (and in stream) for safety reasons.
2) Interactive Transcript (my preferred feature)
3) Interactive Transcript with ChaptersHaving FVPLAYER icon to generate (with subtitles and transcript ect) shortode will be also great like a standard FVPLAYER feature but it is already great news that FVPLAYEWR’s shurtcode will not be stripped..

I am starting a noncommercial website. I can only buy premium plugins but I do not have extra money for custom development. Unfortunately, I cannot use FVplayer Pro on my site…The PeepSo community needs the world best player (FVplayer Pro) for WordPress. For now there is no any reliable player for PeepSo. Behand PeepSo there is only premium plugins. I sure that FVPlayer sales will increase and all PeepSo users will use paid version of the FVPlayer instead of using PeepSo video addon.
BUT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS… all those plugins (FV PLAYER) that you are referring to just need to be integrated with PeepSo. We are open source. To integrate with PeepSo is easy. It’s all filters etc. Those plugins simply need to have that done on their end. If they want to introduce new things to PeepSo ecosystem they can do it. Maybe they’ll need some slight adjustements / additions to our code to happen. But the devs can just contact us and we’ll add it. That’s about it.
Feel free to create own plugins for PeepSo too. Here’s our Hello World plugin that can be used as a base for anything. It showcases how things link to each other etc too: https://github.com/PeepSo/peepso-tools-helloworld
Any integration chances for Pro users ?

Shortcodes are stripped from posts. They won’t be allowed unless through some integration. Just will not. Reason?
Imagine a situation where anyone can embed a shortcode on a post or within comments. That shortcode will render something. Sometimes some content is not safe in a given context. There’s no way to control it.
Any chances to fix that FV-Player’s shortcodes stripping ?
I know about Vidso I have that “solution” and I do not use it. FV Player is the best player :)

From the first use on demo page I noticed that new feature works only ones. (It requires me to click the second link to make the first link work again )
If I click the same link repeatedly FV player ignores all clicks except the very first click.

It will be ideal if It would be possible to create, name and rename links within posts and pages (and comments) which will go to particular transcript (chapter) item too.
Syntax
It guess more user frendly will be to use in posts and comments syntax like:
hours:minutes:seconds
0:34 (zero minutes : 34 seconds)
1:01:34 (one hour : one minute : 34 seconds)

Thank you for explaining the details.You mentioned YouTube and Vimeo, but the question (request) actually was about FV Player and self-hosted mp4. Sorry for not being precis. The problem with YouTube and Vimeo is that the videos can be blocked or deleted or something else in any time.
For the link syntax. I have only mp4 file names and mp4 duration in seconds in mind.
I hope there’s nothing mysterious with self hosted mp4 too ? Because it is seems a bit mysterious only to me. That’s why I mentioned transcript items time to be referenced by links.

1) Yes, same functionality in anywhere in post or in comments. For example site that reviews movies and tv series. It is much user friendly and faster to leave a link to exact time location (only beginning because AB will be much complicated I guess) of a scene in a video rather than force a user to go and search manually.2) Or if 1) is not not so easy to implement. It would be still user friendly to use links to exact chapter or to transcript (or to subtitle) anywhere in a post or page before or after FV Player itsel and in comments section.
The difference between 1) and 2) is that the first is a link to video time and the second is a link to a one of multiple transcript items or chapters. Second will not work without prior VTT file creation and upload, which is less article author friendly, but still user friendly.

I hope some custom (renamable) labels setting (on \off) for will be added for chapters and transcript. Users do not know weather it is a transcript or translations, chapters or just a fun moments.

When using simultaneously chapters and transcript functions there is a strange behavior in transcriptions. Rewind not working in transcript aria when one clicks on transcript item. But when one clicks on chapters rewind works well.
When transcript and chapters functions are used separately both work well. But if transcript and chapters are used together (for the same video file) – transcript stops work properly.
You can recreate the bug by taking two identical VTT files with same content. But in VTT for chapters you leave approximately 10% of the content (as chapters or something else). VTT for transcript is kept 100% intact.
In that case transcript (rewind) will not work properly.

I’m using Waterfox. I’m now able to see chapters too.
Very weird behavior. If chapters VTT file and transcript VTT file are identical then the problem is missing. But if the chapters VTT file have only some (less) of the subtitles then the problem come to play. Very weird…Hi Eduard

Info about self-hosted videos on demo page is missing.But confirmed (guide – Interactive Video Transcript) that the feature is working with self-hosted mp4 videos. I will buy the wordpress plugin as soon as possible. Thank you!
Only now I noticed that Interactive Transcript available only with VIMEO. (out of the box). Why only with VIMEO and not with self hosted MP4 videos ? “Stop selling YouTube (VIMEO) and start selling yourself”.
