There is a plugin called CM Tooltips Glossary (Free on wordpress.org). A while a go I was informed that two plugins where incompatible. A current release (Chapters function) still doesn’t work with CM Tooltips Glossary ? It is possible to make generated chapters work with CM Tooltips Glossary after I buy FV Player Pro ?

Hi Clod,
CM Tooltips Glossary is not listed among our Incompatible Plugins and Scripts list. I briefly tested it and got no errors with FV Player, so it seems that it should work. If you want to be sure, you can give it a try with the free version of the FV Player and if you are satisfied, you can purchase the Pro license afterwards.

Can you please confirm that words generated (from .VTT) as chapters or interactive transcription will be linked as terms if these term are entered in glossary term page as term items ?
I’m interested in Pro version features of Chapters and Interactive Transcription functions if they working with CM Tooltips Glossary.

Hello Clod,
I had a look and I don’t see why this shouldn’t work. It appears to run on the_content filter with a very high priority (9998 to 10000), while FV Player outputs its HTML from the shortcode. Shortcodes are parsed at a lower priority (11) that CM Tooltips Glossary.
We will test it.
