Hi Martin,
thanks for your support.
The error was 413 nginx. I defined the client_max_body_size in nginx.conf and now it works fine.
This setting was not migrated with the move to the new server.

here some feedback.
With your last instructions it worked out. Now we have to see if it solved the problem.
You were also talking about a backup CDN. Is it also possible to configure it with the player? And would it be possible to configure a CDN-provider that is located in Russia?

An issue I’ve noticed when adding or replacing a video in the playlist: when I’ve uploaded a new video, the encryption key appears in the editor. But after the encryption process is finished, the encryption field is empty and I have to assign the video again from the media selector to get it back. See the 2 screenshots

Hello Martin,
the issue is back again, but now it seems to be only on mobile phones, but for all the videos.
In a previous message you spoke about a second CDN to avoid these problems. Can you tell me how I can imply that?
I included the debug info and a screenshot of the mobile phone.

Another question: is it already possible to use the Digital Ocean CDN instead of BunnyCDN? And if so, is the a howto to migrate?

Hello Martin,
thanks for your reply.
The cookie option is not available under FV Player 7
After upgrading to FV 8 the option was there, but the video plays now without enabling it.

The problem seems to have been reduced to a single case. Perhaps it was a temporary problem at Bunny.

one of the users ran the Bunny diagnostic-report and she got bad results.
It would be nice when we can do a test with the DO CDN.

Hello Martin,

On the DO Cloud is only one instance of the video.
We have the same issue on another domain with the same configuration.

I can upload a new video file to an existing player. But then I also want to remove the old, unused video file to save space. Because the new video file has the same name as the old one, I want to use the same file name. Do I have to delete de old files on DO in advance?

I can live with the issue for a while. The last working version is
around 5 or 6 months ago, so a rolling back will not be the solution.

No, didn’t work.
The Guzzle version in elementskit according to CHANGELOG.md is:

I think I found the bug. It conflicts with ElementsKit Pro Version 2.6.8. When I deactivate this plugin, I can upload the videos without a problem.

great, the video playback is working now on both sites. But the minor side is, now I’m not able to upload videos on one site. Not to the root directory, nor to the subfolders. One site gives the message: “Upload failed with server error.” after choosing the video file.
The nginx error log says:

Hello Martin,
in the subfolder it works (at least with the video I uploaded).
I had issues in the past as I uploaded videos in the subfolders!
Is there a way to move my existing uploads to a subfolder, otherwise I have to reupload more then 40 videos (Coconut counts for that).
Alternative would be waiting for the plugin update. Is there a time schedule?
At Coconut they told me that HLS-stream version 4 is the standard. Your plugin uses still version 3. Will this be changed soon or what is best?

If I don’t encrypt the video upload, it plays well.
