PS: I tested several videos with different browsers and also the same issue with Chrome and Firefox. I think this is a general issue with all browsers.
Hello Maria, thanks for you fast reply. I have another question regarding the statistics. The stats dashboard of the FV player is not that detailed. Is there a way to get more detailed stats about how many times a video was watched or downloaded, which users, from what country, which browser etc. Would you consider in the future to add more detailed features to the stats dashboard?

Not everyone wants to download the highest quality. Some would like to download a lower quality or serveral qualities at the same time, as everyone has different storage and display requirements. So the option to be able to download a video in several qualities would be a unique and great feature for the FV player.

Thank you for your reply. I was actually looking how to set up the different playerlist-styles, after reading your article about it now I know now how to do it.
I also have another question. Is it possilbe that the FV player automatically chooses itself the best resolution according to the internet speed connection and device? For example if someone watches a video on a mobile device that the FV switches automatically to a lower resolution, whithout having to do it manually. In the resolutions tab on the player how do I set up the “auto” option?

I have my own dedicated server but the videos for streaming are stored on bunny.net and I also use their CDN.

The issue actually applies to all videos. Unfortuantely, I cannot give you a link, it is a membership paysite and only members have access to the videos. However, I would welcome any suggestions in order to improve the issue.

It works now after I stripped the HTML.
It is only possible to download the video in one resolution.
If a video is stores in different resolutions, is it also possible to choose which resolution to download?

Thanks for your message. I followed your instructions and reinstalled the FV Player Pro plugin again. The function “Download” appears now on the setup tab. Unfortunately it still does not work. I attached two screenshots so that you can see what I mean. Maybe there is a conflict with the theme I am using.

Thanks for your message. I followed the instructions of the link you mentioned in your message but it does not work. Also I cannot create a download link template as the function “Download (beta)” does not appear on the FV Player Pro setup tab. I am using the version 7.4.37.727.
Is this the latest version or is there an update including the download function?

It appears there are stripping the query string versions as https://frankfurtsexstories.com/wp-content/plugins/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/flowplayer/fv-flowplayer.min.js,qver=7.4.21.727.pagespeed.jm.yBWeDPDoz5.js appears without the plugin version number.
Some site speed analysis tools recommend doing so, but it means you loose control over what version of plugin files is cached (in users’ browsers and on CDN). That way users hang on to the old plugin files and might experience visual or functional issues with FV Player (and any other plugin).

Hello Martin,
I can create a new playlist but I cannot edit the existing ones, neither on the post editing screen or on the FV Player playlist overview.
I get the error message form Java Script console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()I must also say that the video files are not stored on the local server but on a cloud server. I did not have this issue though before updating to WordPress 5. It seems that the new WordPress version causes a lot of issues with several plugins.
