Q: Where can I see how the plugin works?
A: You can see it and try it out on our demo page. If the ads don’t work, make sure you do not have any ad-block browser extensions enabled or are not using a browser with built-in ad-block.
Can I get a free trial?
A: No, we do not provide free trials. However, if you find that you’re unable to make the plugin work the way you want, you can ask for a refund within the first 30 days. The only rule is that you’ll work with us in good faith to resolve the issues. If we cannot help you, we’ll gladly issue a refund. Q: FV Player Pro is a one-time purchase. Does the same apply to FV Player VAST?
A: Sadly no, this plugin has to be renewed yearly in order to function. The reason is that this plugin costs us more money and time to maintain and it also often requires providing our users with a higher level of hands-on and time consuming support. Despite that, we still manage to provide it at a much lower price than competitors.
Q: Can I use FV Player VAST with any videos?
A: Yes, as long as the video is embedded via FV Player, you can use VAST with any hosting service.

A: We support all ad options. You can set the ads to be in pre-,mid- or post-roll, at any timepoint you want and you can set waterfalling ads as well. To get a better idea, check out all of our VAST demos here.
Q: My VAST ads are not playing. What should I do?
A: We provide several troubleshooting tools. First, determine if the issue is with your VAST tag, or somewhere else, by testing the tag in our VAST/VPAID tag tester. If the issue is with the tag, open your browser console (here’s how) and check for any errors and refer to our VAST errors guide. This list of tags might help you find out where’s the issue.
Q: I’m getting a VAST error with a number. What does it mean?
A: One of the VAST tools and guides we provide is a comprehensive list explaining all the VAST-related errors. If you’re unsure how to fix the error, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Q: Can I track how well my ads are performing?
A: Yes, if your tag provider service doesn’t provide you with statistics or you don’t like their statistics, you can replace or supplement it by tracking the VAST related events in Google Analytics. Here’s how.
