I can see the encoding message to get a higher quality bit-rate but the quality of the video is fine. is there anything else in the message that would suggest problems?

That seems to have fixed the issue on desktops but we are still getting problems on mobile devices even after they have cleared their cache. Any idea why that might be? Thanks in advance for your help

This is now an urgent issue. It doesn’t happen every single time a user watches a video, please do not give up when you see it working. Users reporting all over the world are having issues on our site with the video player.

I have control of the sound but the functionality to pause and play again when the phone is locked. The latest version of iOS.

Basically the video is being picked up from the FV player but the FV player is adding a black border to it as seen in this link

it happens anywhere the player uses MP4’s and isn’t a specific issue to posts.

LukeAfter testing some more, we have found that it works perfect on Andriod but not iPhone.
I can confirm that the iPhone is unable to pause the video when locked.
