When playing sound on phone when locked.

Hi there,

Another issue I have spotted, when we have the video player playing, we lock the phone and it continues to play which is great and what we want but when we press the pause button, the sound continues. There is no way to pause the sound when the phone is locked.

After testing some more, we have found that it works perfect on Andriod but not iPhone.

I can confirm that the iPhone is unable to pause the video when locked.

Hi Luke,

Could you send me a link to a page with a video in FV Player? All I found was YouTube iframe embeds.

What kind of hosting were you using? YouTube or something else?

Hi Luke,

I tested on iPod 10.2.1 and iPad mini 2 8.1.2 and I always had control of the sound when the screen was locked.

What device/iOS version were you using?

Hi Eduard,

I have control of the sound but the functionality to pause and play again when the phone is locked. The latest version of iOS.

Hi Luke,

I just tested it on again on 10.2.1 and then updated to 10.3.3 and had no issues. Is there any other iOS device you could test it on?
