Hi, Vimeo videos work fine with the full screen option, but not youtube videos. An example can be found here:

The error is Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘webkitEnterFullScreen’ of undefined

I’ve tested both videos on the site on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Edge and had no problem with the fullscreen mode. Are you still encountering the issue? If so, could you please use the Video Checker and provide a screenshot of the results? (you can use Snaggy for sharing screenshots).

Thanks for your response. Did it work for you on the link I provided? I have tried in different computers and never got it to work.
I have checked my settings and the video checker is not disabled
But I don’t see any options on any of my videos to check the video
I have reinstalled the plugin but still the same results, I got this javascrtipt error when trying to go full screen

I tested the videos from your link on Win 10 and got the above mentioned results. I’m apologize, the YouTube hosted videos can’t be checked by Video Checker.
I’m not sure how this is possible. Could you please try these two things?
1) Try to watch the first video in this demo and open it in fullscreen. Does it work properly?
2) Use the Check template button in the settings of FV Player. What results did you get?

Thanks for your response.
I have asked a few people to test and they all seem to be able to go full screen on Chrome and Windows 8.1 and 10. Therefore, I believe it must be something related to users that have logged to the wordpress site as admin. Here in the office no one can get it working, but we all have logged on the admin page.
I have tried to delete cookied, logged in and logged out, restarted computer, run on incognito window but no joy. I guess as long as it works for everybody else it is ok.
I will investigate a bit further and comment here any new findings.
To answer your questions:
1) Yes, it works fine
2) All green and no issues.
