Hi all,
We have a video test that i’m trying to get CC to work on. I have the file located in a members only folder on an AWS server and the CC vtt file is located in the media library of the site.
I have set the shortcode like this [fvplayer qsel="true" src="https://dreamsofspanking.ams3.digitaloceanspaces.com/Member/spanked-tears-beyond/spanked-tears-beyond_HD.mp4" subtitles="https://staging.dreamsofspanking.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/spanked-tears-beyond_captions-1.vtt"]
But for some reason, the captions will not display.
It says its loading properly. I have tried having both the captions and the video on the same location (in the same folder on the Digital Ocean AWS server), but it doesn’t work there either.
Any ideas why?

Hello Halo,
Does this happen on the staging website or your live website? The domain of the website and the captions VTT link has to match, otherwise you have to add the CORS headers.
