I realize that my license will renew automatically. How to I cancel it from autorenew? I click on it and it brings me back to the invoice. But when I go back it still says auto renew.

we did some experiments with the auto renewal, but currently it’s disabled as it didn’t work well when purchasing a product subscription and a one-time only service.
Sorry about the inconvenience.
In your case I found that the meta information was badly aligned, so I fixed that and cancelled the subscription. You can still renew your license at $28 for another year before November 28th.

Does the pay per view works? It didn’t seem to work before it expires. No popups saying users to pay or any of that.
I bought the fv flowplayer for $50. Now it’s 2/3 is $58? Why would I pay more higher? So all the products are yearly? No one time?

FV Player Pay Per View works in a way the it shows you the preview video and the buy button. If you purchase the video, you then get an user account which has the permission to view the full video and you see the message of how many hours you have left to watch the video. So then the buy button only appears again once it expires.
Please let us know if that makes it clear of it there is some issue which you noticed.
You purchased the FV Player for $78, but it only shows $50 as that was the signup feed for the subscription – you paid another $28 as the yearly subscription fee. When we trialed the subscription model we always showed the total price on website, although I see that it’s not in line with what’s in your invoice.

Before I buy this again, can you tell me the difference between FV Pay Per view product vs the upcoming pro feature (enable paywall). Is the Pay per view still works? Does the paywall feature not yet release? Why are there two pay per view feature?

Thanks for showing us the screenshot! We need to delete that from the settings because it’s outdated. Our current paywall solution is only Pay Per View. In fact it allows you to not just only monetize your videos but since it is working with Easy Digital Downloads it also allows you to manage your video library, subscriptions and subscribed users. Thank you. So the FV pay per view uses Easy digital download and only allow customers to view videos for 48 hours only? Can I change that? I also want to see a demo or real live website that uses FV Pay per view so I can see how it works. And do you recommend any themes to use for FV player?

Yes, FV Player PPV does use EDW. You can set the estimated time for your users to access videos after purchase or you can sell permanent access to videos. You can tweak everything in the settings.

Regarding to themes. Every theme that follows WordPress standards should work fine with FV Player. Only watch out if your theme doesn’t have some built-in lightbox feature which can collide with FV Player. If you run into any compatibility issues with FV Player, please contact us.
