PROBLEM WITH PAYMENT

I renew my license 2 times today after expire the old one. If i go in my account to My license. Only what i see is No activate license. Pls help me. I need license number insret to my WP page fast. Thx

Isn’t there a chance that you’ve used different e-mail address during the initial FV Player payment? I can see two renewal payments under info@fcw.SK but no initial FV Player purchase.

If yes, please let us know. We’ll move these two payments to your initial account.
