I have already made an request in this regard but have not yet received a response. As it is very urgent, I am writing here again in the hope that it may be dealt with soon.
My last post about this was two days ago with the topic: “FV Player Pro: Your Vimeo access token is invalid!” in the Troubleshooting Forum. Here it is again:
Hello dear Foliovision team.
I have an urgent problem and would like help as soon as possible. The following error is displayed on my page:
“FV Player Pro: Your Vimeo access token is invalid, your videos won’t play. Click here to fix this issue.”
And in the settings for Vimeo Pro in FV Player Pro it says the following:
“Your Vimeo access token is invalid:
Your access has been blocked for network security reasons. (last check: Tue, 02 Jul 2024 13:23:43 +0000)”I have created and used new access tokens a few times with the help of your instructions (https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/how-to-use-vimeo). And the error still appears.
I urgently need help or support as my customers rely on my videos and have limited access to them. I am using FV-Player-Pro with FV Vimeo Security Plugin. Currently no videos are working on my homepage. Here is a picture:

Hello Hoshang,
We are in touch regarding the “Your access has been blocked for network security reasons.” error which you are getting.
It seems that Vimeo has banned your server, so we are providing all the information we can about how FV Player Pro uses their API (always caching the requests to avoid over-usage of their API) and will post an update when we have a solution.
