For months now we have had complaints that videos are not playing on Safari. It requires a second click to get them working.
I read somewhere on here that the bug was fixed (can’t find it now) but on several devices here, it persists. I currently use Safari 16.5.2 on Ventura 13.4.1 OS.
This is costing us customers. How many will bother to find out that they need to click twice. It’s not professional to expect them to, either.
PLEASE can you help with this?
We already have a notice telling Safari users they need to click twice – it’s embarrassing.
The videos work fine on Firefox and Chrome, but Safari is still a very popular browser (I’m not sure why).
