Error when playing on mobile devices

    Each time my website is loaded throught a mobile devices the player does not load or play the videos. A black screen with a no entry sign ( 🚫 ) appears and no video playback.

    Could you give us more information about which mobile device type, operating system version and browser version does get this error, please?

    This happens on any Android Phone as well as iPhones. You can view it yourself by viewing the following link on your mobile device browser https://belizetravelchannel.bz/video

    Hello Rene,

    we have tested the video both on iPhone with iOS 14.2 and on an Android 10 device. We tested it with the latest version of Safari and Chrome browsers. However, we were not able to reproduce the issue. The video played great on both devices.

    Try playing some of the videos here: https://foliovision.com/player/demos/encrypted-hls-stream on the same device you experienced the playback issues with. Let us know, how it went.
