VAST Ads not playing on Android Phones

I have 4 live streams on my website and they are supposed to deliver a VAST ad before the live stream.

It works fine on computers and tablets but I’ve tried on a Samsung S9+ and Huawei P30 Pro on Chrome and Firefox and the ads don’t deliver.

I have ‘Mobile Support’ switched on in FL Player Vast.

My ad delivery has dropped by 70% since using this player.

Hi Neil,

Have you also turned on the Silent start option? Ads need to start muted because of the core mobile device restrictions.

Hello Neil,

I had a look and I’m getting ads on my old Android 5 phone with latest Chrome and also on Android 6 without issues.

On contrary we are getting no ads on desktop.

Hello Neil,

still no ads on desktop, but if I enable the mobile emulation in Google Chrome I get the ads right away. Are you using some test mode which forces the ads to appear on mobile?
