Allow submission of non-reciprocal links unticked, still requires a reciprocal link

Hi
I have “Allow submission of non-reciprocal links” un-ticked, which means that people can submit a link without an return link. However if the submission field is left blank, it states that a Reciprocal link is required, and does not accept the submission.

Alternatively, you can just have a look into the code in wp-link-robot.php at line 343, where the check for ‘link-reciprocalurl-new’ is and make sure it’s never true. Then it won’t check for any reciprocal link at all.
