the top video plays, which is on the page, but the second one doesnt which is in our custom template. This is a big problem.
When I use video download helper in firefox it converts it to an mp4.
Any ideas?

Hello, I sent two emails and didn’t hear back…. I reinstalled the new plugin when I logged in. Can you send me whatever version we were suppose to have when it expired. I actually never got around to using it and we are redoing our site and aws stuff and would like to see if we will use it.
