Videos are working again. It seems to have been a outage at vimeo.

I tested the Video-Playback in a Windows 10 Home VM with Firefox version 48. The Preroll could be played by fv player, but the video itself could not be played.
Blayback on Vimeo was possible.
I tested this on Archlinux. I’ll also try to reproduce it on Windows.
It might be, that old FF version have no built-in support to mp4. I’ll check that
