Vimeo playback broken: “html5: Video file not found”

Today we noticed, that every vimeo video on our Website does not work anymore:
When attempting to playback the video, FV Player displays the following message:

html5: Video file not found
Can’t parse the request variable!

The problem is not limited to our site: The same problem can be reproduced on the fv player vimeo demo site: https://foliovision.com/player/demos/vimeo-integration

Thanks for all the valuable information. We’re currently investigating on what is causing these parsing issues with Vimeo videos. It seems like Vimeo has suddenly changed some of their settings.

We’re constantly working to fix these issues as soon as possible. We’ll keep you posted and inform you about the process throughout the day.

Videos are working again. It seems to have been a outage at vimeo.
