Thanks Juraj. The videos are hosted at Amazon S3, but I’m actually going to call it a day on this player. There’s too many issues and too little support from the company to make it viable.
I’ve posted on another help request thread asking who I need to contact to process my refund, then we can move on.

Thanks for the warning. That in mind, it’s probably best I just get a refund on the player and move to one of the alternatives I was looking into. Customer service is just as important to me as being provided with a working product, so given I’ve not been supplied with either of those things in this instance, the best course of action would be to move on so myself and my clients don’t lose any more time.
Who do I need to contact to have the refund processed, please?

Seems to be ipads. I don’t have any Apple devices myself, this is something a client sent me.
I’m hosting my video files (mp4) on Amazon S3.
I’ll need to set you up with a username and password to access the videos. What’s the best way to get that to you? I can’t see any kind of message button on this forum.

I’ve gone through those steps, thank you. I’ve never had the Google Home app installed, so that’s one thing I hadn’t done!
I’ve got to the end of the steps and it’s still not showing for me. What’s my next step, please?
