Hi guys,
I have a problem with video ads click url. It seems after user click on video ads, new window is open and in browser I get http://www.mydomain.com/post/Click URL domain form ad.
Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

I’d like to know more about this issue. Do you mean that when a user clicks on your custom video ad, he gets redirected to a wrong page? Or is this an issue with another ad format?
It would be best if you could send me a link to a page on your website where this issue can be seen.

you get it right. When you click on ad you get 404 page error.
Please click on this to see it yourself. Please understand me that this is live site and I can’t hold this error to long.

I played the video, clicked on the ad and got redirected to http://casper-rent.hr/ without any problems. Are you seeing the 404 error on some specific devices or have you managed to fix the problem?

thank you for your time. It seems after I reboot the VPS things fix themselves.
But I can’t manage to play other video ad after this one.
I don’t know why.
So, you see this ad, and after clicking on skip this ad I wont to play second ad. But it seems to player plays video, not the ad.
Do you know why?

Hi Linda,
If you can see only one ad per day, you should check if you haven’t activated Limit ad playback function in Settings > FV Player Pro > Video Ads? It is specifically designed for this purpose.
