Hello.
Vimeo splash image is not automatically generated. In the vimeo setup I set the splash image, but fvplayer is not automatically generating the splash image. What settings do I need to have to be created automatically?
All videos on the site show a black splash image.

Please check, if you have the Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting -> Vimeo (Pro) -> Advanced Vimeo embedding option enabled.
If you already have that enabled or it does not help, please also send us the contents of your API logs. You can access these by looking, whether there is a message about API errors under the Access token field. If there are some, click show and paste in the contents.

It doesn’t help. I have an error like the one below. What is the problem? There is no problem with the Vimeo setup.

thank you for sending that log, it shows the “The requested video couldn’t be found.” error for the video on the course page which you sent.
At the same time the video plays, so it’s a strange issue. Does it belong into the same account as the API key which you are using?

I just put in a different API key and then put the original API key back in and the problem was solved. Looks like something happened. Thank you for answer.
