FVplayer Default Splash Image

I have many videos that don’t use manual splash image.
And I hope there’s function in Settings that can change the default splash image for all videos that don’t have splash image rather than leave it blank / black splash image.
I create topic at wordpress forum support and they told me to come here, I am really noobs in CSS, and I don’t know what’s the css code and where to add it.
