We have a new developer who uninstalled the free plugin so our premium plugin no longer works. If we install the free plugin now, will we retain our settings/library? If not, is there something I can do to restore? I have the db backed up with Updraft Plus.

Hello Mitch,
If deleted via the plugins screen, it will remember all the settings and videos.
It will remember everything, unless the developer performed a complete uninstall: https://foliovision.com/player/tools/how-to-completely-remove-fv-player or did anything else to permanently delete everything associated with FV Player.
