Of course you can simply uninstall FV Player via the Plugins page, but if you want to be sure and delete everything, there is a better way.
Go to wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings -> Tools -> Uninstall and click Save All Changes:
You also get a choice to Remove all data by checking the box.
Please, beware that removing all data is irreversible, please backup your website if you are not absolutely sure.
