I am using on my WP website the PRO version.
No problem to watch videos on Mac, Windows system and on mobile devices.
Only with safari for Mac, the player download the all video and then play or it give a html5: file not found.
What’s the problem? Thanks

I checked your video with Safari 10.1 (macOS Sierra) and Safari 8 (OS X Yosemite) and the video played every time. Which version of OS X and Safari were you using?

Safari 11.0No problem with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (latest version).

I just tested in Safari 11 in High Sierra and still had no issues with playback. Do you get the “html5: Video not found” error every time you play the video, or just once in a while?

I think you haven’t problem because you have a fiber line.
If you try with DSL connection, you discover that the page not appear until the player has a good buffer (I can see a white line run).
On other Mac with Safari appear the error and not see completely the video, but I don’t know the version of the system.
I hope I have clarified with my poor English!

I checked the longer video in Safari 11 and again, no problems. If this is more a matter of network speed than the player itself failing in some way, maybe you should add quality switching options for the users with slower internet connection. Assumption that I have a 100Mbps and not a slow dsl line,
I think that the problem isn’t the slow download of the file.When I click on the URL of that video with Safari, the page is white for a log period of time, BUT if click on the same URL with Google Chrome, the page appear immediately and the video start soon.
So, I’d like the same result with Safari.I have tested my website with the default player of WordPress and it start immediately. This is the right operation!

We did some testing of your page loading on various devices, but the delay was never too long in Safari. You could try to turn off the Autoplay and test it again. You can also use this tool to get more detailed results – https://tools.pingdom.com/.
