    My pro license expired and on mobile devices fv player does play videos. When i deactivate pro, the videos work. How do i troubleshoot this?

    Hello Delroy,

    Please try following:

    First step:

    1. Activate Admin Video checker in your settings
    2. Recreate the issue
    3. Check if checker shows any errors

    Next step:

    1. Open up JavaScricpt console in your browser
    2. Recreate the issue
    3. Check if any errors appear in the console log

    If you find any errors appear, please include them in your reply.

    The attachment is from the javascript console. I am not seeing the admin checker results on the video page.

    Hello Delroy,

    does it happen with YouTube videos? There was some critical bugfix which we had to make to ensure YouTube videos keep playing with FV Player Pro.

    If your license has expired you are simply not getting that important fix. (Un)fortunately the web technologies change. So we have to charge something for the license renewals, but we do provide discounts if you renew the license on time.

    The videos are from Youtube and I renewed my license but the problem persists.

    Hello Delroy,

    please double-check that you also updated FV Player Pro. If you don’t see the update available, you can deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using, then update FV Player and install new FV Player Pro from ZIP file which you get on https://foliovision.com/my-licenses
