No video on google chrome

I used Foliovision plugin for WordPress to embed an MP4 video in my blog. It plays fine if I use Microsoft Edge but I only get audio and a black screen in Google Chrome. How can I fix this?

You can send us a link to the video? You can also have a look at what our video checker recommends – there might be a problem with encoding (there is also an option to send us report).

The video checker says there are Video Issues but when I click on the link I do not get a report.

Problem SOLVED. I purchased a video converter and modified the file so it now works. Thank you for your help.
