I have a ONE particular Custom Post Type (CPT – which is a duplicate in every way of the 13 others that I have on the site) that for a reason that doesn’t make any sense to me, that when I post a video, only a logged in user can play the video. A logged out user doesn’t see the Triangle-Circle that would indicate that there’s a video there only that there’s the mouse pointer turns from an arrow to a ‘hand’ but nothing else. When the user clicks, nothing happens. And the really odd part, the videos work everywhere else on the site, except this one particular CPT. I am using SiteOrigin’s PageBuilder for content creation, and so that we’re absolutely clear that is NOT interfering in any way, shape, or form. I have turned it off and the problem persists.
If you’d like to see an example of what I’m talking about, go here ->

The only way you’ll be able to play the video is if you’re logged into the site.
This only happens with this kind of CPT. If you were to go to the opening page of the site (http://tangotopics.com/), or anywhere else, you can see and play the videos on the site.
Oh and one more thing, your usual advice of toggling plugins is not going to work here. There are some of these plugins that once you toggle them, they reset to their factory defaults, and those settings aren’t retained and that means losing those very detailed settings. That’s not cool.
So without resorting to toggling….have you seen or heard of this particular problem before ?
