It could be the reason for mime-type.
check video issues ,play1 mime-type:text/plain,play2 mime-type:video/mp4.
Does anyone know how to modify mp4 mime-type in onedrive?

There should be no issue with the length of the shortcode. There is known issue of iOS devices and OneDrive not working with videos properly.
We do not work much with OneDrive ourselves. Please go ahead and submit support request to help you change mime type with their team.
