White background showing as grey on Firefox, Chrome and Safari

Hi. I want to use an animated version of my logo in mp4 on the home page. The header is white and the background of the video is also white. However it shows as grey in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Is there any way round this? Would be happy to upgrade to Pro if it would resolve the issue.
